I collaborated with Retail House on a project tasked with creating a profitability guide for grocery stores, intended for use by Arla salespersons during meetings with store owners. The project brief emphasized communication from an external and internal perspective, with a focus on the store's business. The material was expected to maintain a consultative tone, providing clear insights and advantageous financial calculation examples for the store. Additionally, the client requested the creation of an engaging story to motivate implementation.
Our solution was a tool designed to demonstrate how sales could be enhanced by strategically displaying products in grocery stores, aligning with the identified in-shop customer journey. The material needed to be extensive to empower salespersons to be agile during meetings, enabling them to navigate through various product areas based on the evolving discussion and raised questions.
The client expressed satisfaction with the visually appealing material, anticipating that it would inspire stores to enhance their in-shop displays, resulting in increased sales.
